We are looking for a kitchen porter to join our team! ⠀

About you:⠀
As the Kitchen Porter, you will be involved in basic preparation work within the kitchen and work closely with the Chefs where required. Supporting the kitchen team, your key responsibilities will involve general cleaning of the kitchen utensils, pots, pans and preparation areas.

You will be welcomed in a small family run vegan restaurant in Edinburgh. We are very passionate about our food and we strongly believe that the team spirit, healthy work environment and passion are the basis for the restaurant success.

Pizza and Pasta Chefs (Full/Part Time)
We are currently looking for experienced chefs to join our Sora Lella team: pizza and pasta chefs, full time / part time positions. ⠀

Job responsibilities:⠀
– Follow our recipes and presentation specifications⠀
– Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner⠀
– Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently⠀
– Preparing many of our homemade products e.g seitan, vegan mayo⠀
– Completing daily Health and Safety Records⠀

– Knowledge of vegan and Italian cuisine is essential. ⠀
– A team player, hard worker with passion for fresh food⠀
– Good communicator⠀
